Upcoming Events
and How to Get Involved

  • EcoHouse, a student-initiated Living/Learning Program, is accepting
    applications for ON-CAMPUS FRESHMEN.
    Ecohouse takes learning outside
    the classroom:

Learn about watersheds by kayaking through them.
Learn about organic food by growing it.
Feel the energy as we tour live power plants.
Feel the camaraderie of like-minded others.

If you are interested in ACTIVE LEARNING about ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY,
we want you, your ideas, your creativity, and most of all, your enthusiasm!
Join us as we build the University of Maryland's newest living learning
program together. Applications from current, on-campus freshmen will be
accepted and reviewed until May 1, 2008.
